Remove personally identifiable information from inquiries with machine learning driven redaction

Automatically scan incoming information and highlight potentially personally identifiable information (PII) or personal health information (PHI) that is found. The system will assign a confidence score to the information, which can be used to dial up or down the sensitivity of the system.

  • Accept or overrule all or some suggested redactions

  • Manually review and select text to be redacted

  • All redacted information is scrubbed from requests before they are saved to the system

Identity Management

Security and Privacy

MedaSystems is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and has been certified as HIPAA compliant. We are compliant with GxP standards. Our security program and document management aligns with the leading global security standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5.

We encrypt data at rest and in transit, using TLS.

We regularly perform penetration testing and vulnerability scans, restrict access to our application and plan for emergencies.  All data are stored in fully redundant data stores and we have multi-region backup and disaster recovery.

Our security protocols include regular audits and assessments by third parties.
